1. Consolidated Statement
Your Consolidated Statement lists the following information for all managed programs:
- A snapshot of all your accounts, balances and program statuses -- all in one place. View it online, or choose to have it emailed directly to you.
- The most valuable benefits with any frequent traveler program are enjoyed when you reach the elite-level tiers. View all your current elite-level statuses, year-to-date earnings, and requirements needed to attain the next elite-level.
- There are situations particular to most programs when miles will expire. The Expiration Summary shows you which of your miles are in jeopardy, reported by the exact date in which they are due to expire. Learn how to keep miles alive by linking to the program's most current policies.
- Recaps program activity that has been posted in all of your frequent traveler programs in the past 30 days; including, airline flight activity, hotel stays, bonuses and affinity credit card transactions.
2. Program Activity
See a complete history of activity for all your managed programs. You can customize how your activity is displayed, allowing you to view specific activities, and instantly identify whether you received all of your earned miles and points.
3. Program Bonuses
Maximize your earnings by quickly finding all the current bonus offers for your frequent traveler programs in an easily searchable database.
4. Program Guides
Get detailed, comprehensive program information, including:
- A quick-glance overview of general program information, including quick facts, award, and purchase basics for all managed programs.
- View each frequent traveler award chart by linking directly to the most current requirements, rules, and regulations.
- The more loyal you are, the more benefits you will earn. This section outlines the many benefits offered to the programs' most loyal members and how to qualify for them.
5. Mileage Reconciler
Mileage Reconciler allows you to reconcile all of your flights, stays, credit card purchases and any other transactions that earn miles or points against your online statements. With this easy-to-use function, reminiscent of Quicken®, missing credit becomes a thing of the past.
6. Email Alerts
We will provide important program information and notifications via email at your request, including:
- Expiring miles are common among many programs, especially if you haven't had qualifying activity within a specified time. MileageManager brought to you by TravelStore Inc from www.travelstoreusa.com will notify you via email when select program miles or points are in jeopardy of expiring. And, you will be provided with program-specific expiration policy rules -- giving you the information you need to save your miles.
- MileageManager brought to you by TravelStore Inc from www.travelstoreusa.com allows you to identify a specific award or threshold that you are trying to attain, then notifies you of that achievement so you can order your desired award. You can also be notify you when your redemptions have reduced your balance below a set limit.
- You can elect to be notified every time an account(s) has been updated. This can include a change of account balance, elite-level status, and more, so you can keep close tabs on your accounts.
