Welcome to MileageManager. In order to access and obtain your frequent flyer account information, MileageManager must have your authorization in the form of a limited power of attorney. By granting this limited power of attorney, you allow MileageManager to act on your behalf to retrieve account information for the programs that you specify. You acknowledge and agree that when MileageManager is accessing and retrieving information from third party sites, MileageManager is acting as your agent, and not the agent or on behalf of the third party. This limited power of attorney will cease to exist immediately upon the termination of your membership with MileageManager. You may cancel the MileageManager service at any time.
MileageManager will use the information that is gathered to prepare reports of your consolidated frequent flyer activity. These reports will be presented for your sole use and in a form determined by MileageManager in its sole discretion. MileageManager assumes no responsibility and disclaims any liability for the acts, omissions, or determinations of any program sponsor. MileageManager acts solely as an intermediary. Individual program benefits are subject to the terms and conditions of the program. MileageManager has no authority to access, direct or divert any program awards of other benefits and has no relationship to, or connection with, any airline, hotel, or other frequent traveler program sponsor unless specifically mentioned.
Your MileageManager membership is valid for 365 days from the day you enroll. If you sign up for a free trial period, your membership is valid for the trial period only. When you pay to continue your service, it is good for 365 days from the day that your trial membership expires. If your membership has already expired your renewed membership will be effective 365 days from the day you renew. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting Customer Support. A full refund will be issued for any paid membership if the cancellation request falls before or within the first 30 days of the membership term. After the first 30 days a pro-rated refund will be issued. Refunds will be credited only to the credit card that was originally charged.
You will choose a password when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur using your password or account. Please notify MileageManager immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. You may not use anyone else's password at any time. MileageManager employees do not have access to your third party site user names and passwords. Furthermore, no MileageManager employee can view or retrieve your password. Should you forget your password, you will need to answer a password prompt question. Once you answer the question correctly, the system will email your password to your email address on record. If you have forgotten the answer to your retrieval question, or if you do not know your User Name, please contact customer service.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Upon any change, MileageManager will notify you by email or by a link to the new or different Terms. If you continue to use MileageManager's services, your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the changes as amended. If you do not agree to the changes, you agree to discontinue your use of the MileageManager service. MileageManager reserves the right to change or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service at any time without notice. MileageManager will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the service.
