  • Reconcile your award activity so you never miss a mile that is coming to you.

And you can access all of this from virtually anywhere in the world with standard Web browsing software. No messy software installations or operating system conflicts. Whether at home, work, or on the go, MileageManager brought to you by PrivilegeFlyer is always at your fingertips.

Why do I need to provide PINs and Passwords for my frequent flyer accounts?
We can't access your online statements without them. We gather your account information directly from the Web sites of the various frequency programs and, if the program requires you to enter your account number and password to see your statement online, they're going to require us to do the same thing.

^top

I want to add a frequency program that is not on your list of programs. Why don't you support this program?
We fully expect to support all programs in the not too distant future. But, as it stands today, some programs still do not provide online statement information, and we can only support programs that provide this service.

We are always interested in adding new programs. If you know of a program that offers online statements, but that is not supported by MileageManager brought to you by PrivilegeFlyer, please Contact Us to let us know about it.

Click here to view a list of all supported programs.

^top

How long does a MileageManager brought to you by PrivilegeFlyer membership last?
Your complimentary membership is valid for as long as you remain an active member of the Privilege Flyer service.

^top

After I enroll, how long will it take for all of my balances to appear on my statement?
Your account information will generally be available 1-2 days after you enroll. Because some programs download more frequently than others, you might see balances on some of your programs sooner than others. If your accounts have not been updated in more than two days, Contact Us for assistance.

^top

Can I add my spouse, child or friend to my account?
MileageManager brought to you by PrivilegeFlyer can only track one account per frequency program per membership. Tracking additional accounts requires additional memberships.

^top

Why can't I track two accounts from the same program in my membership?
All of the various programs only allow members to maintain one account in their program. If by some chance, a member is able to establish two accounts with a given program, the program will consolidate the accounts upon discovering the error. So, in keeping with the rules of the various programs, and to keep our membership fees low, we only allow you to track one account per program.

^top

I forgot my MileageManager brought to you by PrivilegeFlyer User Name/Password. How do I retrieve this information?
Select the "Sign In" tab at the top of the page and click on "Forgot your password?" You will then be required to provide the correct answer to your previously submitted password retrieval question. If you have forgotten the answer to your question, or if you do not know your User Name, please Contact Us for further assistance.

^top

I tried to Sign In numerous times with no success and now I receive an error saying I am locked out. What has happened?
Check the User Name and Password that you were using when you tried to sign in. If you try to sign in five times using an invalid User Name or Password, MileageManager brought to you by PrivilegeFlyer automatically locks your account for security reasons. Your account will be locked for a period of 24 hours before you can try signing in again. If you would like to have your account unlocked before that time, please Contact Us for assistance.

^top

How do I get the required PINs and Passwords?
Don't worry, on a relative scale of difficulty, getting the required PINs and Passwords needed for MileageManager brought to you by PrivilegeFlyer ranks far below that of booking an award trip to Hawaii. In fact, if you have ever viewed your program balances online, then you already have all the information you need. Now all you have to do is find it (depending on your organizational habits, this may, in fact, be more difficult than booking the award trip to Hawaii). Not to fear, if necessary, you can contact the program's customer service center and they will be happy to provide this information for you.

If, on the other hand, you have never logged into your programs' Web sites, please follow the instructions for each program given when registering the program with MileageManager brought to you by PrivilegeFlyer to obtain the required information.

You may cancel your complimentary membership at any time by contacting Customer Support.

Account & Statement Inquiries

How often will my accounts be updated?
We run an update on all of your accounts once every seven days. Unfortunately, that doesn't mean that you will always see your most recent activity within seven days. Why, you ask? Good question. We rely on the programs to post your account information. In other words, if your program hasn't yet posted your activity in your account, then it won't show up on your MileageManager brought to you by PrivilegeFlyer statement. But, we can guarantee that if the programs have posted your activity, it will show up on your MileageManager brought to you by PrivilegeFlyer statement no later than seven days after the program posts it.

^top

The balance on the program's Web site is different than what MileageManager brought to you by PrivilegeFlyer is reporting. How can I fix that?
More than likely, the balance discrepancy between your account and your MileageManager brought to you by PrivilegeFlyer statement is a result of our update procedures and doesn't require a "fix." Because we update your account information once every seven days, short-term balance discrepancies may occur when the program updates its site between our scheduled updates. If you notice a discrepancy in your balance, your best approach is to wait for up to seven days, in which time MileageManager brought to you by PrivilegeFlyer should match the balance at the program's Web site. If, after seven days, the discrepancy still exists, Contact Us and we will investigate the situation.

^top

Why do my program accounts have different update cycles?
It is not unusual for accounts to update on varying dates. The update cycle depends on when the programs are registered with MileageManager brought to you by PrivilegeFlyer, and can vary by a day depending on the overall number of programs needed to update for all members. If there were any error conditions that prevented MileageManager brought to you by PrivilegeFlyer from updating an account, the update cycle will depend on the date that the error condition was corrected.

^top

Why isn't my account updating? Why does it show an incorrect zero balance?
Whenever there is a problem with your account information, you will find an error message in the "Message Center" section of your statement indicating that one or more of your accounts cannot be updated. By clicking on the program name in the "Account Summary" section of your "Summaries", you will see an explanation of the problem and how to solve it if necessary.

If there is no indication of an error, and your account continues to not get updated, please feel free to Contact Us and we will assist you.

^top

Why do you show activity details for some programs, but not others?
Not all programs list detailed, program-specific activity information on their Web sites, and we are only able to report what is shown on the programs' sites and applicable to the program proper.

^top
