About MileageManager & How it Works

I want to add a frequency program that is not on your list of programs. Why don't you support this program?
We fully expect to support all programs in the not too distant future. But, as it stands today, some programs still do not provide online statement information, and we can only support programs that provide this service.

We are always interested in adding new programs. If you know of a program that offers online statements, but that is not supported by MileageManager, please Contact Us to let us know about it.

Do you give family discounts?
As a part of a family, you have undoubtedly been faced with the difficult task of achieving fairness (in fact, you've probably spent several hours discussing the subject in some depth). When deciding on a pricing structure for MileageManager, we strove to set a fair price for all of our customers. Towards this end, we decided that, rather than provide discounts for families, we would offer MileageManager to everyone at one low price.

Can I use MileageManager to book award tickets or redeem frequent flyer miles?
MileageManager is strictly a mileage tracking service, and cannot help you book award tickets or redeem frequent flyer miles.

Enrollment & Using MileageManager

How do I enroll in MileageManager?
We're glad you asked. To join MileageManager, just click the "Enroll" tab in the top right corner of any MileageManager page, complete the enrollment form, click "Accept" at the bottom of the form to accept our Terms of Service and begin reaping the benefits of our service - it's that easy.

How long does a MileageManager membership last?
Your membership is valid for one year (365 days) from the date that you enroll. If you sign up for a free trial period, then, of course, your membership is valid for the trial period only. When you pay to continue your membership, it is good for 365 days from the expiration of your trial membership.

After I enroll, how long will it take for all of my balances to appear on my statement?
Your account information will generally be available 1-2 days after you enroll. Because some programs download more frequently than others, you might see balances on some of your programs sooner than others. If your accounts have not been updated in more than two days, Contact Us for assistance.

Can I add my spouse, child or friend to my account?
MileageManager can only track one account per frequency program per membership. Tracking additional accounts requires additional memberships.

I tried to Sign In numerous times with no success and now I receive an error saying I am locked out. What has happened?
Check the User Name and Password that you were using when you tried to sign in. If you try to sign in five times using an invalid User Name or Password, MileageManager automatically locks your account for security reasons. Your account will be locked for a period of 24 hours before you can try signing in again. If you would like to have your account unlocked before that time, please Contact Us for assistance.

Account & Statement Inquiries

How often will my accounts be updated?
We run an update on all of your accounts once every seven days. Unfortunately, that doesn't mean that you will always see your most recent activity within seven days. Why, you ask? Good question. We rely on the programs to post your account information. In other words, if your program hasn't yet posted your activity in your account, then it won't show up on your MileageManager statement. But, we can guarantee that if the programs have posted your activity, it will show up on your MileageManager statement no later than seven days after the program posts it.

How can I be assured of the privacy of my information?
We carefully safeguard all of your information, as the privacy of our members is paramount to us. We understand the need for our customers' personal data to be completely secure and private, and we have designed an advanced and highly sophisticated system to protect our customers' Individual Information. What type of Individual Information does MileageManager collect?
MileageManager collects personal data such as your name, street address, telephone number, billing information, email address, and individual account data (i.e., your frequency account numbers and PINs or Passwords) when you enroll in this Service. This information is required in order to provide you with all of the benefits of the Service.

Do you sell or rent your members' information?
We will never sell or rent your personally identifiable information to any third parties.

Does MileageManager disclose any of my Individual Information to any other parties?
MileageManager will not disclose any personally identifiable information, except where required to provide you with the MileageManager Service. For instance, MileageManager must disclose your user access information to the third-party Websites operated by frequency programs, which is necessary to obtain the information to administer our Service. MileageManager may release or share compiled data on all of its members, none of which would contain personally identifiable Information or statistical information derived from travel activity.

Will I be contacted after I register for MileageManager?
In addition to receiving your requested statement, MileageManager will periodically contact users with certain types of administrative messages. These messages will include a "Welcome Message" to confirm new membership; user requested statements and Email Alerts; notifications of new features or enhancements to the Service; expiration of membership notices; and other "customer satisfaction" and "Customer Service" issues.

How can I change the Individual Information I previously disclosed?
The MileageManager site includes an Edit Profile section for reviewing or updating contact information and membership preferences, and an Add/Remove Program section for reviewing or updating Individual Information needed for accessing third-party Websites. If you are unable to change this information through the Website, please Contact Us for further assistance.

Who can I contact if I have any questions regarding my privacy?
You should contact MileageManager for any questions or suggestions you have via our Contact Us form. For more information regarding privacy you can visit the Federal Trade Commission for an overview of privacy protection.

What happens to the Individual Information of the former users of MileageManager?
Data is normally retained for at least 90 days after the termination of the Service unless otherwise requested by the customer. However, MileageManager does not guarantee that such data will be retained and restorable upon the reactivation of a membership. Customers can request upon the termination of the Service to have their Personal Information purged. Any information deleted from the MileageManager system will be completely removed from the system and all backup systems within seven days of the request.

The terms of the most current Privacy Policy will also apply to the Individual Information of former users of MileageManager.
