You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting Customer Support. A full refund will be issued for any paid membership if the cancellation request falls before or within the first 30 days of the membership term. After the first 30 days a pro-rated refund will be issued. Refunds will be credited only to the credit card that was originally charged.
